When working, playing or just getting along during these dog days of summer we must all be smart. If you find that the days are hot but you are not normally sweating or you are not feeling well, you maybe in trouble. Drink plenty of fluids, preferably water with electrolytes such as PowerAde or Gatorade. You may not know if you body is having a reaction to the hot weather. Tell a friend what you are feeling or simply call 911.

What can you do to stay cool during the summers heat?

Find air conditioning, Drink Plenty of Fluids, Stay away from Alcohol.

There many places in and around town that are cool places to go.
