Chicago June 2005  During the biggest festival of Chicago's summer season Allied Cosmetologist host it's 49th annual Hair and Beauty Show. This year the show was held at the fabulous Four Points Sheraton Hotel Midway. If you've attended any of Allied Cosmetologist shows in the past you already know that you will get educational classes that have dynamic instruction in Hair Color, Cutting, and Styling. We don't stop just there, we continue to offer tips on Fashion and Fashion Trends. With the combination of Classes, Trade floor with Venders, Banquets with a full Fashion Show and this year we have add a Stepper Class. It all happened June 25 -28 2005 and the delegates, visitors and friends that came by to partake in the education and the fun left very happy and satisfied. It's been about five years since Allied hosted it's show in Chicago and some say that it's been long over due. This year many delegates signed up to be new members and old members have returned. A special thanks to all of our Venders, Sponsors, Models, and Artist for making this years 49 Annual Hair and Beauty Show a complete success! We are already in the planning for our next hair show. For years Allied Cosmetologist has been known to be a driving force in the Hair Industry. Allied has worked very closely with manufactures Local, National and Worldwide in efforts to have a standard that will protect the industry and the consumer. As Allied enters it 50^th year it has come that a lot of the pioneers of this industry are near retirement, retired, or have gone home. Allied Cosmetologist has continued to keep up and create new trends and styles of the beauty by embracing are young artist, stylist and barbers by keeping them in the loop of regulations and laws of the industry. During our 49^th Annual Convention and Trade Show many new delegates became members adding to our ever growing young membership.
